Tom Cain in TSB Morecambe Branch is excellent. My Mum needed some help with her account so I took her into the branch. Tom exceeded expectations in every way - polite, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. He explained the options using simple terms and great analogies that Mum could easily understand. His friendliness, warmth and empathy still resonate with both Mum and I three days after our visit. Thank you Tom!

It can be hard to review a bank i guess. My local TSB branch has never had any problems with me. The staff, including the manager are happy to help in any situation. Service is also usually quick.
