I had a slow puncture on my back converted electric bike. I had it custom built to suit my needs at a local bike shop. They wouldn't open to fix!! I called Velo and Alex told me to bring in, very knowledgeable and professional young man. Fixed it there and then, new tyre and inner tube, gave me a deal on a spare inner tube. I got a top of the range kevlar tyre all fitted, 60. This is my new shop, brilliant service and flexible to my needs in this lockdown situation. Many many thanks, otherwise would be left bikeless in the terrible times!!!!! Great service, knowledge and prices!!
