I recently had Vacaville Glass replace all 10 of the old single pane aluminum windows in my house. They were done in one day, cleaned up well and did a fantastic job. The crew was friendly and professional. Many of the guys had been working there over 10 years which is usually a good testament to the company. I chose them because they were the only company that always completely cuts down the old frames. This allows for slightly larger windows and they don’t have to place a plastic trim piece around the inside of the windows. They look so much better without that ugly trim! You can’t tell the difference between the retrofit windows and the new construction windows that were installed as part of some repair work I had done recently. Their prices were competitive with other bigger companies, the installation was far better than the other companies planned to do and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I have had them make replacement window screens before and will definitely use them again if needed.

Called and spoke with Megan, she was very on the ball and explained the process completely, took the time to make sure I understood which is nice in this day and age. I believe it was Leo the tech who came out and handled the install of the glass. Very fast and cleaned up afterwords which was a nice touch. Thanks
Vacaville Glass came out to my business to give me a quote for new glass doors. I never heard back from them even after I called 2 weeks later. If they didn't want my business or couldn't do the job, they should have had the courtesy to call and let me know that. I wanted to keep local (as I am a local business owner) Not a professional way to do business. I will not call them again or refer them to anyone.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I just had a great experience and felt like I should take the time to at least thank Vacaville Glass, we had a problem with vandalism and needed windows replaced quickly for security reasons. Megan understood the issues I was dealing with and she had Leo out the same day getting measurements and had things under control from that point so I was able to focus on other issues. 5 Stars!!
Set up an appointment for an estimate one week in advance. Waited for the representative to show for the appointment. 35 minutes late I called to see where the representative was and was told he had another appointment that he thinks ran late. But he would be there within 30 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I received a call that the representative was leaving the shop and would be there. The shop is over 5 miles away. So after 2 hour wait and no phone calls or communication from anyone at Vaca Glass they were going to sent someone out. Have the decency to at least communicate that you are going to be late and be at least a little bit apologetic. The attitude was \oh well no bad
