Amazing service from a great team! Thanks to Queen, Rudy, Gary and Nate for coordinating a flawlessly seamless experience for me while my vehicle was serviced. A special thanks to Gary and Nate for going in early on Saturday to ensure my car was finished that day. I felt that each of you truly valued my business. Rudy was able to get the tires I wanted quicker than the big tire retailers, and even met the best price of one of them. Queen coordinated my appointment and ensured i had transportation back to work; there was no waiting on my part. Gary was there to make it happen when I dropped my car off. His professional demeanor gave me confidence that choosing Team Cadillac for service was the right decision. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the process (my car needed a lot of work). Nate worked his \car whisperer\ magic on my older vehicle, and now it runs like new! I picked my ride up at the time Gary said it would be ready, no waiting! If you own a Cadillac and it needs service, you are doing yourself a disservice if you are not bringing it to Team Cadillac in Vallejo (unless you, too, are an automotive super-genius, like Nate).

One of the easiest car buying experiences... My Online Product Specialist, Tina Kester was amazing. She helped me through the no-hassle process via text and then personally delivered the vehicle to my house, that's at least 100 miles south of the dealership. Tina then spot cleaned the vehicle, did the paperwork, and then walked me through the features.

David Navarro was super nice! We told him we just wanted to look at the Blazer but we weren't ready to buy, and he offered to let us test drive it! How nice! Not a lot of people let you do that at dealerships, so that alone was super great! He also let us sit inside a Silverado. What a great experience!
