Nothing Adventured Nothing Gained

Arrived 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon and place was empty but when I walked in waitress was on her phone. I smiled but she didn't respond and just looked down at phone again and carried on doing what she was doing. Found my own seat and place was a bit grubby and windows and window sill was dirty and tired. Ordered the Americano burger but disappointing as had no taste and was really bland. Wasn't given an option how I wanted it cooked and the burger had one square slice of processed cheese and one slice of processed ham which didnt do anything for taste or texture and should of been left out. The fries were cold but did taste good. Shame really. The burger had cold onions and the bum was too large for the patty and wasn't toasted so was far too much bread for the burger and just not good. I wasn't given a knife or fork or even asked if I wanted one so no idea why this place is rated so highly. If your from the US or Canada you will be very disappointed so give it a miss if you want a good burger. Didn't try anything else so can't comment but the burger just wasn't that nice. No a good experience and not good food. Not a good meal. One star
