I am highly satisfied because from the moment I entered the premises I was met by the most friendliest and caring staff from the receptionist and the vet very warm and compassionate exactly what you want for your pets. They excelled my expectations and cared for my two boys Milo and Charlie my Kittens they explained everything and care plan next course of action when there next inoculations will be what to expect and have them flea worms treatment even cut their nails for me so caring. I am really pleased and considering the environment nowadays with Covid I felt so safe and the staff were so pleasant and lovely we all forget that it must be hard in these unprecedented times what they must be going through and I just want to take all the team from the vet, receptionists thank you so much for looking after my boys and looking forward to seeing Ayr Branch in three weeks time . Wee Calling in today for a spay and dental, feeling very sorry for herself. Fantastic staff, she was well cared for and I'm sure she'll be back to her normal self soon.
Straight through on the phone with no awful automated system. Arranged an emergency appointment easily and quickly, reception staff really friendly and helpful, as was the vet. Dog admitted with no fuss, insurance contacted directly by Vets4Pets without any hassle. Thank you guys so much.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and trying their best to minimise waiting time despite being short staffed due to people being sent home because of Covid tracing.
emergency as dog had become unwell, receptionist very good with initial call, nurse and vet both were very patient and understanding and showed real concern and investment in getting to cause of illness. On return following day staff very reassuring and comforting when given some sad news regarding dogs health and very careful to explain next steps in a compassionate and clear way. All in all a very fantastic service and i am glad my dogs care and treatment in in their hands going forward.
