I had booked Lord Ganesha's clay idol for the first time Online during Covid19 Lockdown with Shree Gajanan Pratimalay (Mr.Akshay Gharat) in June 2020. Initially, I had few concerns and so had telephonic rounds with concerned team briefing about my requirement of carefully handling of my idol and delivering the same idol as on display. After sorting out everything, finally I agreed to order idol online given that during delivery the idol shouldn't get scratches, nothing should happen to its body part, etc., But everything was taken care off. The team right from pre-production to production to delivery stage of idol is Excellent, so Big Thumbs Up to all of them. Good Luck!! Thanks @Akshay
