Didnt uphold many of its promises... the Engineer didnt arrive in the agreed timeslot (2.30-5.30 arrived 6.30) They claim to fully explain the repair process yet never stated that should there actually be no fault with the machine you still have to pay the quoted estimate - 55. No Hidden Charges? Paying 55 and not having my machine fixed is a hidden charge to me! Would not have booked if I had known you were charged purely for them coming out. The engineer had to come all the way from Grimsby.... i thought it was a local firm. Going to have to pay for a plumber to come out now... robbed pf 55 quid stacks of washing to do. Just what i need on a maternity wage. Do not use!
