Visited today for the first time. Fantastic customer service - answered every question I had, great advice, no rushing and great passion about everything two-wheeled with an engine. I have booked my CBT through them an needless to say I will definitely purchase a bike from them. It's been a while since I've had a retail experience so positive. Well done Wallasey Motorcycles.

Good range of small bikes. Great service department and MOT bay.

Popped in today and found both chaps to be very helpful knowledgeable and patient, even with both of us being newbies to the bike scene i will be back soon to book my big bike test and look forward to stepping up to the next level.

Bought a brand new 70 plate Hanway 125 from here, when I went to pick it up some protective panels were missing. They assured me they would have them in a few days and the bike was safe to ride. A month later I'm doing credit card charge back because they still haven't got the panels and the bike is getting wet where it shouldn't. To add insult to injury the bikes coming up to it's first 1000km service, which they told me they must do or it invalidates the warranty. Which is actually totally incorrect as you can take any new vehicle to any garage you like to get serviced without effecting the warranty. I suspect their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on anyway, as they can't even seem to obtain simple panels within a month, imagine if something went wrong with the bike. I would have been OK with waiting a bit longer for the panels but ignoring emails, lying and trying to force me to use their workshop[mine is bigger] or I invalidate the warranty has made me really suspicious of these people and I would advise anyone thinking of buying a bike from here to think long and hard about it. edited...3 months later ignoring emails and still no panels, piss poor attitude..AVOID like the plague.

I paid cash in full for a new motor bike owner wouldn't give me a decent discount or anything, money orientated that firm. I won't deal or shop with them again..
