I cannot rate, and thank Alpha Care Ambulance Service Limited enough. I have used this service twice to take me from home to vital cancer appointments in Oxford at Churchill. The crew are very kind and professional and always make you feel comfortable and friendly, My second trip was even better than the first with a lovely Paramedic called Shelly, or Shelby as she has also been known due to having a love of cars. She knew my appointment was important and somewhat frightening and made me feel at ease with a great conversation there and back. The journey was a pleasure thanks to her kindness. She again demonstrated the sheer professionalism of the service. I was contacted twice from the office to confirm the pick-up time and the communication was excellent in the arrangements. Modern fleet, and well looked after. BRAVO!!!!
