Forgot my click and collect code/email. Eastern European lady (speaks Russian - we had a brief chat in Russian) could not have been more helpful. Also, returned expensive item (199) as bought son wrong gift. Refund within a few days and excellent and efficient and polite service at returns counter. I mentioned this to the person who dealt with us (has a beard). Next time I shop here, I will make sure I get names and publicly post on your site just how fantastic your staff are. Thank you.

Currys PC World Featuring Carphone Warehouse was as it always is, overpriced and overstaffed. What hits you when you walk into the place is that there is often a lot more staff than customers and they make a beeline towards you asking if they can help. I usually say no and I will ask them if I need anything. However moving through the store I am often inundated by other staff asking the same thing. Occasionally they do have the odd bargain but like the item pictured they were out of stock and couldn't guarantee the same price when the new stock came in. As I pointed out... they should not be advertising stock that they do not have... particularly if the price was likely to change. They also sell a lot of old stock, maybe because the mark up on selling old stock means they have greater profit margins. I particularly find that with the cameras. They have been selling the same cameras for a number of years now. I often go into PC World and then head to John Lewis to see the more recent cameras. Also the staff at other shops are more informative and know what they are talking about.
