Brilliant service, had a detachable towbar fitted and you wouldn't even know i had towbar on the car! They showed me everything working and how to use the detachable towbar. Can't fault them.

Had a quote to fit a towbar in writing on my companies 4X4, in the quote it says to remove old towbar and refit new. They wanted to see the vehicle first so went down only to be told we'll have to take the old towbar off ourselves because it's too much work to take off, a bit annoyed at that but we took it off. The day came to have it fitted I thought we booked the vehicle in for 9 when I got there they told me it was booked in for 8, they had my phone number so they could off called me to say are you coming in! but they didn't and started another job. When I explained the mistake they wasn't really interested saying we close at 12 on a Saturday and sounded like they didn't really want to do the job anyway. Please don't use these guys waste of time. We ended up using T&A Trailers, these guys are loads more friendly and better service.

Had a detachable towbar fitted and bumper had a nic in it. Only had the car a week 18500 not a mark on it, there is now.
