Ordered through Just Eat. Was told our food would arrive at 7.50. Eventually arrived almost an hour late. The food was cold, items were missing. Complete waste of money. We couldn’t eat the food, it was awful. Couldn’t get through on phone to complain.

Ordered through just eat it took them 2 hours to deliver my food. At this point the food was Luke warm when delivered. The duck was over cooked which made it chewy and the crispy bits were solid. The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style had the sauce which was literally just water and hardly any sauce at all. The sesame seed prawn toast was extremely greasy. Overall the food wasn’t terrible but because the delivery was soo long it made the food worse and the service is a let down which is a shame. Ordered at 18:55 expected delivery time 20:15 called at 20:30 to be told the food was ready and awaiting delivery drive which would take 20mins. Food was delivered at 21:30. To me this is not acceptable. Why take on more orders if you can’t keep up with what you have already. When asking for a small refund they literally only gave the refund for the delivery.
