When we first met with Crucible Design we had had a bad experience with another design consultancy and we were looking for someone who could take our idea and translate it into something which was simple to manufacture whilst being aesthetically pleasing. Mike was very personable and took all the time we needed to explain our requirements and we felt valued as customers, unlike our previous experience. Mike took our brief and created something which was vastly more simple from a manufacturing perspective and looked good too. During the design process Mike produced a number of different options and made numerous changes to the design until we were sufficiently happy to create a fully working prototype. We now have the prototype and we are showing it to potential investors and retailers. Crucible Design was better by far!
