We have just had our Sunflex SV20 sliding doors installed which look fantastic. We were looking for minimal frame profiles at a reasonable cost. We did a lot of research before we made this purchase and we are very pleased with the negotiations we had and the final outcome. The service and communication we received was first class. The lads doing the installation were excellent and very professional. How they managed the installation without any mess was amazing if I hadn't seen them you would have thought the doors appeared by magic. I had a plasterer booked in case of normal patching that may have been needed. He wasn't required as there was nothing for him to repair. There was one small issue with a colour coded thumb lock but this is being sorted. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They fitted our sliding doors without sealing them and are refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. As you can see from the pictures the screed was completely ruined by the doors and we've had to wait months for it to dry out and pay for dehumidifiers and had to reschedule work. This has been an extremely stressful time for our family. We have 2 small children and due to Haus Glass we have had to live out of our home for an additional 3 months. The company has never even said sorry. We have been treated appallingly and I do want to warn anyone who are considering using this company not to do it. The photos attached to this review show the result (These pictures were at first dismissed as condensation that had come off the doors by Haus Glass!). We went with a specialist company who are supposed to be experts at installing these extremely expensive doors. Well Haus Glass is certainly no expert. Obviously mistakes happen but the lack of care and compassion showed by the company is the most upsetting part. I strongly advise you to find another company and avoid Haus Glass at all cost.
We’ve spent thousands with this firm, on several “Origin” bifolds and a back door. The doors are lovely. However I had an issue with the ‘keep’ on the back door recently and was looking for help from this company to fix it. Origin could not supply the part direct and I had hoped for some decency and customer service from this firm to help me resolve the issue and order me the part. The sales assistant couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and failed to reply to my emails and calls which went on for 6 weeks. However, Bespoke Frames of Cheshire ( also based in the outskirts of Warrington) could not have been more helpful. They responded positively and helped me resolve my door issue with just two brief calls and an email in your place.
We spent a long time researching local companies to install our windows and sliding doors and Haus Glass were highly recommended by our friends. Our showroom visit was very useful and informative and found them to be competitive on pricing. We are pleased that our installation went very well and we too will be recommending.
Recently had sliding door installed with haus glass and I am in over the moon with the end result! The doors look amazing, I can’t thank them enough. The boys were so polite and well mannered whilst working on my house, and I can’t believe how quickly they got the job done! The whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks again!
