The staff was friendly and very professional.even with the Corono-virus restrictions,the appointment went very smooth.Dr Grady and his PA really took the time to listen to my mom’s concerns . All in all they have a great practice and if you need them you should not hesitate to go.

I tried to use chat and there was nothing on the platform to provide online chat while on video with the doctor. I was asking for Ambein to help me sleep on eed basis\ and the doctor turned off the video when I was talking and showing the captions of my iPhone so the doctor felt the communication is not happening and closed me off. I should not be billed for that. Please remove bill for that.
