They came to fix a mysterious leak but split floorboards taking them up and left a very untidy hole in the ceiling downstairs where the leak was. Bits of plaster are just hanging from the hole that was pretty much just ripped into the ceiling. I was also charged over 200 for this fix which took around 2 hours. This seems very expensive, especially given the quality of work done. Some of Watertight Solutions' plumbers may be great (looking at other reviews) but be cautious.
