Really helpful. Able to photo copy documents, ask loads of questions, consider delivery options, check delivery address details online and track item being delivered via regular e-mails at each point of the journey. Not cheap though.....has it ever been!!

Ive tried to sent a parcel to Germany. The price I was given was shocking 75 with no isurance. I have left this post office and used some other shop, which Ive paid 25.18 inc VAT and insurance covering for goods up to 600. It was recorded, priority international parcel delivery, done within 2 days to Germany. Complete RIP off, dont waste your time.
