Gorgeous building, plenty of parking, just a stunning hidden place. Bit cold inside the studio but that might be to do with how massive the room and its windows are. Also it's not constantly open, only when your class is being taught. Generally the vibe is very relaxed, friendly and warm.

I have just had a pregnancy massage with Frances and it was so relaxing, just what I needed. Frances was really lovely and asked me lots of questions prior to starting the massage. It's the first time I have visited The Wellness Centre, I will definitely be back for more treatments. Thank you so much for making me feel so relaxed at 36 weeks pregnant! X
Absolutely love this place, highly recommended. The studio is beautiful & the classes are well thought out & enthusiastically taught with provision for all levels. Loved it here & will definitely be back when I'm in Leeds again.
I'm really happy to see this open up in such a great location and in such a beautiful building. I have been to Helena's classes before and really rate her teaching. Everyone is helpful and approachable and I really recommend getting along to a class!
Great studio. Lots of classes. Friendly environment. Highly recommended for all yoga experience levels.
