On the whole a great experience. Lee was thorough and efficient, straight to the point but kind. We were laid about 1,000 less than our initial estimate at the end. The one negative I would note it that was our price was reduced by 30 due to a break between services being too long though this was only because of the Covid lockdown! I thought this was cheeky and poor, even though only 30, and even though it was acknowledged as being true and due to lockdown we were still charged for it.

I did it. I sold my car to WBAC. I committed the unthinkable of selling it for possibly less than I could have gotten privately. (or did I?) One Saturday afternoon I had a text saying my valuation had gone up (marketing ploy) so I went to see it there were any appointments that afternoon. (it was 4.30). There were two left so I booked one. Minutes later I had a missed call from them advising what to take with me. I got down there with my documents and keys and books and met Lee Mitchell (branch manager I think), he looked over the car and we chatted about it. When it came down to it he made an offer on it. (note, my car was 1.5 years through a 3 year pcp agreement). The initial offer didn't cover the settlement figure so Lee jigged the figures and we came to something we agreed on. I still had to pay a bit to cover the settlement figure but it was about what I pay monthly anyway. I made payment to WBAC there and then for the difference and signed some paper and the car was sold. Lee advised me to cancel my service plan and insurance (was going to but nice he reminded me). TLDR: expected to be given a stupid offer, I wasn't. I couldn't fault Lee with his customer service. He was friendly, likeable and efficient. I'd definitely go there again to sell or even just for a quote. 10/10 Philip Scofield's face was on literally everything and it kinda scared me but apart from that. Painless experience.
Nice person at the branch, sad to say as expected a big drop from the online quote to the real price. In fairness the car did have some rust and scratches, should be a way to get a more realistic quote ahead of turning up. Relatively quick and painless sale with money in the bank in a few days.
Quick and friendly service with very fair price
Arrived to be told that there was a queue as some of the previous customers had made things run late, sat in the car for 40 minutes waiting. It was made clear before I even agreed to come along that I was on my lunch break. Wasted 2 hours of my life. A text would have prevented any wasting of my time. Disappointing.
