The refurb on the shop is extremely beautiful. The staff are all lovely and polite. Post office is very helpful and convenient. Excellent customer service by the young girl on the tills, always helpful and lovely. best store in Northamptonshire by far!
Can be nice... when they feel like it. They dont exactly rush when there are que, two of the teenage girls always seem disinterested and sometimes rude. Post office is a problem. They charge what they feel like as it's different prices for the exact same item which we need to post frequently. Just a few days ago we waiting in the post office line. They saw we where there ready with a small parcel but just shut it. How ignorant and stupid is that.
Good variety and parcel service also photocopying.
They regularly beat the big supermarkets with their specials
