Very happy with the service,always helpful staff.I run my business from there,they accept all deliveries on my behalf and i can book a postage collection from Lok'nstore and the staff will handle all my post to postman. And it also cheaper than anywhere else.

We got a missed delivery card to our door saying that there is an order waiting for us and we need to pay postage. We payed the postage online as we were waiting for an item from ebay, but then to our surprise a leaflet and advert from Lock and Store came, in the envelope, on which there was a stamp from RM saying that we just payed their postage fee. So basically Lock and store sends their adverts and leaflets at the recipient cost!!!! DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

Got there at 15:55 only needed to drop in (literally 3 mins max) and they had closed early. Unacceptable, lady at front desk was rude, when questioned on closing at four she responded it is four, however being in the building 5 minutes prior. A wasted journey.
