Excellent service - Mark took his time to order in multiple rings in for my wife to try. He showed great patience. My wife selected a stunning diamond ring (albeit one of the larger ones) and has been happy with it ever since. If you're looking for that personal touch Willes comes highly, highly, recommended.

Was given a watch (replica) by my son who I hadn't seen in years, so huge sentimental value. There was a fault with the watch and although the watch was a replica, the gentleman in the shop treated it with great care and understanding. Really recommend this shop to others.
