Great customer service. We reserved the canoes from their website easily and had great time on the lake. The pricing are reasonable. The Alta lake is not too big and one hour is enough for us to go to the other side and come back.

Been here twice now and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. Very friendly and informative team. No bookings needed as they always seem to have canoes available. From memory, we paid about 100 for a 2-person canoe for 2 hours.

Great activity. Make sure you know how to pedal. The river part is easy but getting there on the lake is not. And get kayaks... Canoes are too hard to steer.

We had such a memorable and great time thanks to Drew and the team at Backroads Whistler! The weather was very temperamental and we ended up getting stranded briefly, but Drew came to the rescue swiftly and we were able to finish the rest of our tour on a high note. He even jumped into the river to grab a sweater that fell in - thank you so much again! Truly an unforgettable experience, highly recommend!

We made a last-minute booking for a guided canoe trip down the River of Golden Dreams. Initially thought it was a bit costly but now feel it was worth every penny. We had 3 kayaks and a canoe for 5 family members. Our guide, Matt, was patient and helpful from initial instruction through the entire route. We had a fantastic morning and highly recommend!
