Even though I didn’t sell my property through M.L, I was buying a property through them and I was experiencing a lot of bother from my buyer. My estate agents (pattinsons) were a waste of space, everyone was passing the buck, no one knew what was happening, so no one could tell me what was going on. Staff at M.L are 5* especially Caroline; She pushed and pushed to get info and was regularly phoning me to give me updates, something that pattinsons should have been doing! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M.L to any family or friends and will definitely use them in the future should I ever decide to move! Thanks very much :)

No show to up to a house viewing! On Sunday I waited outside a property in the freezing cold for over 30 mins only to have no one show up. The office was closed so I called on Monday to ask what had happened and I was told there was no booking on their system but they’d call me back “if” they figured out what had gone on. Obviously no one has called back. During the conversation, there was no attempt at an apology for their mistake and no offer to rearrange a viewing simply “we’ll call if we figure out what happened” followed by putting the phone down! I cannot understand how they sell houses if this is how they treat potential buyers. I think there is a need for training in customer service and perhaps to update their diaries!
