Rang to extend my skip hire, was told it was fine and to just ring up when collection was needed. The skip has been collected today without me knowing and it was still needed. Dont used this company!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolute con artists!! Drivers on delivery say call us when your ready and they come and collect the skips without warning and try and use T&Cs on website as a get out clause for anything. Who ever Lee is in the office is a liar - took an empty skip away and wouldn’t even offer to let us pay for an extension in time to fill it!! S*** house company - Customer service is Appalling!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
