Absolutely brilliant. The assistant who helped us to acquire a remote control. We weren't aware we had to click and collect but he was amazing and went through it, all credit to Currys employees

The collection process has been very impressive The guy that came to give me my bag, was very professional and polite. The only downside was that my laptop bag didn't come in any wrapping, and I'm now getting paranoid about its exposure to Covid

Went to buy a new washing machine, they had a good selection and some good deals on. Got suited and sorted withing 20minutes. Although I was told about the extended 5 year warranty for an extra 130, they didn't force it on me when I declined it, they left it as an option to think about that I could change my mind within the first year. Overall a good and satisfying visit.

Good store has all the tech you could ever need and a lot of household appliances from washing machines to freezers. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Some staff seem to know what there on about. With covid going on they do try hard to keep you safe with till covers and hand sanitary gel and mask must be worn.

The manager was not very helpful and looked at me with disdain when I'd just spent 1500 with them at a different Bolton store. I had to go here at Wigan as this was my local store. He made me bring the whole PC rig back to them when I had pictures which could have resolved the problem if he had bothered to look, ask a couple of questions or knew anything about computers. Instead I had to go home, dismantle the rig, come back and then to queue for 15 minutes to let the tech guy look at it and he resolved the problem in seconds (he was great). Did leave happy though. The staff also have very limited knowledge on the equipment they sell. (Unless you wait and see the one tech guy)
