I purchased my Moto Guzzi Stelvio and part exchanged my Honda Blackbird through these guys during lockdown. I am based in London so all communication was via emails and phone, their communication was fantastic! The bike was delivered withing two weeks of me making my first enquiry. They say you should never buy a bike you have never seen in the flesh and ridden. Normally I would totally agree but the currently climate makes things very difficult and I desperately needed a bike for commuting. Needless to say I wasn't disappointed. The bike was delivered at 08:30 on delivery day and my old one taken away. Honestly the most stress free purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. I liaised with Mark for the most part who provided excellent customer service! Can't recommend these guys enough.

I can't rate this place and the staff highly enough. I live in Scotland and all of our dealings were done over the phone or online and the communication was second to none. Not only this but my bike was serviced and moted and any cosmetic issues sorted before being delivered hundreds of miles to me. The bike its self has been faultless. I will definitely be back in future.

Very pleased with my first dealings with this place. Good variety of stock immaculately presented. Helpful staff without high pressure. Gave me a fair price for the good bike I traded in against the competitively priced good bike that I bought. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable process and they were helpful when I was struggling to contact my insurers at change over time, as well as efficiently sorting a paperwork issue post sale. Thanks to Dougie and Paul for your help. I'll definitely be back there when it's time to change again.
