Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time. I dropped my 2016 gmc off to them 3 times in 2 months. 1st time I could tell my truck wasnt running right. They looked at it and must of cleared the codes and gave it back to me. They said nothing was wrong with it. That day I left with it and could tell it still wasn't running right. I ignored my feelings and trusted what they said. 1 week later the truck had to be towed because it wouldn't accelerate properly. I had it towed to there shop which they made me pay for my own tow. I thought that was kind of bogus but whatever I paid for it. They again cleared my codes and told me to pick up the truck and nothing was wrong with it. At this point I was really in shock but I took the truck back and again and it wasn't running right. I left the truck sit for a week and decided to drive it to work. I got half a block down the rode and my transmission dropped. I told them to come pick the truck up. They gave me no rental, no apology and really didnt take care of me on installing the new transmission. They took a month and half to change my transmission. In that month and half I had a recall that they where supposed to fix as well. I picked the truck up and was told they fixed the recall. 2 days later my abs(recall) was flashing code's. Come to find out they didnt fix the recall. This place is the worst place you could take your vehicle. Save yourself your time, money and stress. They really dont even deserve 1 star.
