Had my car serviced today. Very concerned that there were no obvious signs of sanitising the driver controls/key at any stage. Vehicle settings were not returned to how i'd left them - I understand they might be tested, but its quite discourteous. Outside cleaning job was poor. Positives, the staff were perfectly fine. Service was completed in promised two hours. Check in process was confusing as i'd received a text asking to check in online. But the system was not in use at the dealership. EDIT: Very impressed with the speed of the service manager Matthew to get in touch in order to discuss the above. Was very courteous and concerned about points raised. I am sure the feedback will be taken on board. Thank you.

Polite staff and good waiting areas to sit and wait in the showroom if you want to wait whilst your car is serviced.
We recently brought a Nissan X Trail from here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Andy and Stuart who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience in buying our car. Stuart kept us regularly updated whilst we waited on the delivery of our car, and also helped out with a few things after the pickup. Thank you for the wonderful customer service - it makes a big difference.
