Carly is the most amazing yoga teacher I have had the joy of learning from. Her classes have personality, incorporate lots of patience and really teach the true essence of yoga. I couldn't recommend more!

Carly led our hen group through a warm and moving yoga class this weekend and it was a wonderful evening activity for everyone taking part. The class was tailored to suit both beginners and experienced yogis with some partner work interspersed throughout the session and a focus on best wishes and success for the bride to be and her future husband being the prominent theme of the class. It was a fantastic afternoon - many thanks to Carly for making an unforgettable experience for Charlotte with some of her closest friends and not to mention leaving us incredibly relaxed for the night to come. A highly recommended teacher who is both friendly and knowledgeable.
Great yoga classes for all abilities in the perfect venue taught by an excellent teacher. Thank you Carly, I look forward to my sessions on the mat and your day retreats are excellent too!
