After purchasing a used 2008 Mini Convertible and having starting problems immediately, I called Atlantic Motors. Javier scheduled an appointment to take a look at the car to diagnose the problem. The most important service for me is communication and Javier exceeded all of my expectations in that department as well as in helping me understand through the email photos and explanations what needed to be attended to. In addition he discovered an open recall on an airbag sensor that needed replacement. His investigation saved me almost 2000 in replacement costs. I am so relieved to know that there is a reputable, competent and professional shop to maintain and service my car. I anticipate a long and satisfactory relationship with Bruce, the owner, Javier and the rest of the staff at Atlantic Motors.

Had my car towed there when no one else including my local mechanic could get me in. They provided an in depth inspection to find not only the immediate problem but ones that are sure to follow soon. The inspection and estimate was precise and professional. They did an outstanding job in restoring my Infinity and the drive home was like a new car again! Highly recommend!!

We have been customers of Atlantic Motorcar for four years. Last week we noticed some \abnormalities \ with our Honda. Took the car in for service. Javier called with their findings of problems. The team had photo documented the problems and emailed a report to us. Javier offered us several options for repair. We chose to have everything repaired all at the same time but appreciated the options. We were told the repairs would take three days (which was fine) but the work was completed in two days. Final cost was exactly as we were told. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Atlantic Motorcar.

Atlantic Motorcar Center checks all the boxes. When my local Audi shop wasn't available due to covid, they scheduled me a same day appointment. I am 50 minutes away but will gladly make the drive for future service. They sent a detailed rundown of all issues including photos and level of urgency. Javier also explained everything and answered all my questions over the phone. Everyone I interacted with was patient and friendly. They also provided a loaner, making my life much easier.
