Super vet practice. They have been extremely good with our cat and is relaxed there too. They take great care to explain and discuss options and in passing on results of tests as soon as they have them. Very sensitive to pet and owners needs. Have been extra accommodating during covid crisis too. Were also great in two separate emergencies with my daughter's dog who was visiting us. I am glad to live nearby.

We've been attending Spring Lodge for 14 years and wouldn't use anyone else. We used to live in Braintree and used the Notley / Witham branches. We moved to Colchester 8 years ago and now attend the Tiptree branch and Witham where required even though it's 30 mins away. The staff are wonderful and they all know our dog Max who is 14 now. They've seen him through gastro enteritis, having a lump removed, bloat for which he needed to have his stomach lining stitched to his abdomen, a stomach bug, eye ulcer treatment and removal, blindness, a skin condition and now chronic arthritis for which he has laser therapy at Witham once a month. They have always been there for us during times of worry showing professionalism and warmth. As max reaches his twilight we know that he, and we are in good hands. As and when we are ready for another dog in the future, that's where we'll be signing up.
Every visit to the surgery has been a highly pleasant one. There’s always someone smiling at reception, there are separate waiting areas for dogs and cats/smaller pets, the vets and nurses are clearly passionate about their job and show the utmost respect and care for me as much as my pets. Everyone was extremely compassionate when we went through some difficult times with our last cat. I cannot recommend this surgery enough. So lucky to have such a wonderful surgery down the road.

A fantastic vets. All the staff are very friendly and give a great service. I felt very safe going in recently and know they always go above and beyond to look after my dog.
