I can’t recommend the Chapel Ash store enough. I have used them for 7 years and the service has always been outstanding. I’ve purchased a new pipe today (again ), and Adam was brilliant. I’ll never purchase my vapes or liquid from anywhere else. A big thanks to Rob too. I can’t recommend enough.
Went there today 31/03/2019 (Sunday)thinking it wouldn’t be open due Monther’s Day and ran out of juice. But it was thanks to Rob who decided to open up today. Nice one Rob true sir.
Products are excellent! Having used this shop for years, the service and friendliness has now gone, product knowledge is poor and really quite unhelpful. Because the products are so good I have transferred my business to their Penn Rd store which gets 5/5 in my books for service, product knowledge and friendliness. If you have a poor experience here do go to Penn Rd store
