I'm not entirely sure the website is factually correct. They state that they have a workshop on-site however my friend recently took a simple job to the shop and it needed to be sent to Birmingham incurring additional time and cost. I've got no problem if they don't have a workshop but don't mislead people! I would recommend people to just use one of the independent shops in Worcester such as Peplows or the one in The Shambles Gallery.

4 years ago my husband proposed to me at the age of 19 with a small ring, 4 years later he wanted to replace it now he could. He found one in Ian Quartermaine Jewellers & Goldsmiths and took me to have a look. We hovered outside the shop looking, we were asked if we wanted to try one on (with no pressure), we did and I loved it, but wanting to have a little look around we explained and felt no pressure at all, we left. After some shopping around and a slight change of budget I wanted to go and see that first ring again, they got all the options out again, some new and some with a higher price as WE requested. We brought a ring somewhere in the middle of the prices brought out to us, because even the staff said it looked better than the more expensive one, which they didn't have to do, they could have made a better sale! Couldn't recommend enough, I think maybe looking at the reviews about pushiness it's just people taking helpfulness the wrong way. Thank you for your service and I still love my ring!

Don't understand why the other reviews are so low, unless people just wanted a cheap fix. I had a custom engagement ring made through Ian Quartermaine, who were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. Ring is fantastic quality, made exactly to my specifications and no shortcuts were taking in ensuring it was the perfect ring for my (now) fiancee! The team were flexible in terms of payment, and were always happy to discuss adjustments or tweaks to the design over the months. Would be happy to discuss wedding bands with the team nearer the time :)
