Had lovely Sunday Roast with the family overlooking the Severn River. Wonderfully welcoming staff. Excellent service and great food. Kids playground and plenty of space for them to runaround after food. Very grateful for the whole experience.

Worst meal out we've ever had. Despite booking and arriving in good time we waited nearly TWO HOURS for our food. When it arrived the jacket potatoes were black skinned and completely dried up. The ravioli parcels were empty, watery and seriously overcooked. The onion rings were also watery inside the batter (probably frozen and not cooked properly). The burger was more cereal than meat and tasted very bad. The only good thing was that they were too embarrassed to charge us for any of it. No stars would be given if possible.
The food was really nice, the chef Mat is a superstar, loved every mouthful. It was spotless clean, I was impressed with how clean they were kept. The only gripe i could say was where the carvery was situated, it was like in the walk way to the toilets but apart from that, brilliant. All staff were welcoming. Ali & Mitch are doing an amazing job will definitely go again.
Good location and tasty chicken baguettes. Did take 1hr 20 to arrive and 3 chase ups. Shame as busy but if they'd said would have taken so long we would have just had a couple of pints. Waiting staff nice enough although rightfully a bit embarrassed.
