Had bay windows installed in sitting room a few months ago, along with windows in all other rooms, the triple glazing upgrade was a great bonus. Great fitters and excellent customer service.

Awful customer service from the ordering process to actually collecting the door. We paid for the door and the door hadn't been ordered yet as we were still being asked about door fixings via text message. Wasn't informed the door had come into the warehouse and when we went to collect the door, staff were very unhelpful and quite rude. Wouldn't recommend and we won't be using this company again.

Initial fit was 5️, the fitters worked hard to sort the uneven nature of my garages and I was very happy with the result. Unfortunately, due to the actions of one of my lads the one of the doors needs repair, despite numerous calls and promises to attend I have had no return contact and am stuck with a garage door that won’t open. Edited: My issue predates the CV-19 epidemic by nearly 18 months.
