Terry came quickly to repair Neff oven with new element. After 20mins, the corroded screws made it impossible to carry on. Rather than being defeated, terry called back an hour later with drills and extra tools and was able to remove stubborn screws. He went above our expectations and completed the job and we now have a working oven. Very good price and one happy wife.
Prompt response. Terry came out the next day to fix my fan oven at a very reasonable cost. Clean and tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend.
