Excellent experience! After an appallingly visit to a nearby opticians my visit to this store was a complete contrast. Amazing selection of frames to choose from along with attentive & professional team. Both pairs of glasses were completed in less than 10 days. Unfortunately one of the pairs was incorrect due to a mistake on the prescription from opticians along the road. But not a problem this company. Re did eye test here & new lenses fitted all within 5 days at no extra cost! Am extremely impressed by the high standard of customer service I received & will continue to use this branch in the future. I can not fault the outstanding level of service given on each of my visits to this store. Well done to the entire team!

Broke my glasses on Monday & worried I couldn't get them repaired during lockdown. Vision Express Worthing arranged an eye test on Wednesday. The store was very clean and signs made clear which areas had been sanitised. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Afterwards they repaired my glasses using some old frames I'd brought along at no extra charge. It was a very positive experience, definitely recommended.
I was given a prescription somewhere else before lockdown and I didn’t have an opportunity to get any glasses before this happened. I called as they were open on reduced times, spoke to Rob who was extremely helpful, chose a pair on the website and he had them sent to me the next day! I thought I was going to have to wait weeks. Amazing service.
Fantastic service from Rob. I've run out of lenses which is a disaster as anyone who wears them knows! My usual delivery is not arriving for over a week. My local store is Brighton but they are closed. I emailed Rob who called me straight back and have a weeks supply on the way in the post! Thank you so much Super service
