Old school National Hunt venue. Considerably better than Chester Racecourse (Bangor is owned by the same group). Only downside is the price of beer/food is quite expensive, but still probably in line with what you’d normally pay at racecourses these days

Historic racecourse in great surroundings. Unusually, the course has no grandstands. Therefore, best visited on a dry or sunny day. Good views of the course from the extensive raised grassy bank. Easy parking, wide range of reasonably priced catering and not over crowded.
