I have been using Wrexham and prestige for Manny years.. Today I ordered a taxi at 2pm they said 20min.. After seeing others going in to do their shopping at asda .. Come out and get into a prestige car .. After contacting them 3 times and was told it was on its way.. It obviously wasn't as I would have been picked up.. Eventually it turned up at 3.15 . I asked about this and all I was told that their must be a mix up.. Never again

Prestige by name, definitely not by nature. Driver created a stink marginally worse than his attitude. Door wouldn't open from the outside handle, and only barely opened from the interior. Pretty useless from the perspective of a customer where my own business relies on me being somewhere on time and in one piece.

Wouldn't bother, phoned to book a minibus to the Airport, the first person put the phone down on me. When I phoned back the second person didn't apologise and had a bad attitude! Booked with Apollo Taxis who were extremely helpful and gave a great price.
