I was the only person on the airport, I lost my flight home for holidays. Just for 15 minutes. I went straight away to this office to buy a ticket, and they did not ask if I need a return flight. They did not inform me that you also lose the return ticket. So in the end I had to pay the original ticket & return one way (go) one way (return). If a travel agency does not inform about this just after seeing the client missing his flight... I guess it was a mistake, but it happened, and so I review. I trust if the person at the desk had thought of it maybe he would have informed me properly.

Od 6 lat kupuję tylko w tym miejscu i nigdzie indziej. Profesjonalizm , super miła i merytoryczna obsługa, polecam w 150 %
Lokalizacja Bety Travel, oraz pomoc na jaką można liczyć w każdej chwili, również będąc w kłopocie czekając na opóźniony samolot, lub kiedy my się spóźniamy, jest nieoceniona! Latam \z nimi\ już od 10ciu lat i wszystkim również gorąco polecam.
