Like another reviewer an incredibly poor experience in this shop. Very rude disrespectful older gentleman who is either the owner or manager. Presumptuous, discourteous and told me to put a face mask on despite having health issues which exempts me. None of the staff were wearing masks. I was there to spend money and he wasn’t interested in serving me. Told me to go to the convenience shop (??). We have a holiday home in Cowes and my family live there. I am deeply unimpressed that somebody like this is giving such a bad impression of the island and seems to have serious issues with anybody coming into the shop. We have had previous issues in this shop with rude aggressive staff telling us we weren’t allowed to Look at clothing because it was “next seasons” Despite being on the shop floor. I don’t understand the problem. If you despise people so much why not close the business? The owner has been reported to Yarmouth town council.

Got pretty much everythjng you'd ever need! Staff are superb

Not a good experience. Shop very good but the older gentleman who works there (the owner?) seems to have such a high and mighty attitude. We were going to spend our money there but put everything down and walked out because of this gentlemans attitude. Barging people out of the way and huffing at anyone who was browsing and in his way. My wife came to me and remarked on his behaviour. I had already noticed the same appalling behaviour myself. Try rerembering that it is your customers that pay your bills! No customer, no shop! Avoid this shop if you want a good customer experience. Go there if you like being treated like an inconvenience.
