Brought a jaguar off them the car came extremely dirty within the first 2 weeks was using loads of coolent then broke down lossof all electrics been told alternater broke phoned them up all they said to me was they couldn't help and it was my fault for not taking out extra warrenty no help at all only had the car 2 months

Purchased from autopoint garage mainly because they had the car I was looking for but have been pleasantly dealt with from the get go, promised a full mot on the car with any advisories taken care of and they came good on the promise which takes away any concerns when buying a used car , one issue I had was a missing wheel locking nut key but the lads quickly resolved this for me , would recommend using autopoint to my friends and family, finally the salesmen Steven and his colleague Ross are a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the garage , thanks for a good experience auropoint York
Bought a car from here a week ago and couldn't be happier with the service and the car itself, very friendly and very laid back with test driving cars unlike some places, quick service and helpful with info etc also fair on price. would definitely use them again
First I spoke to Ross he was really friendly then I spoke to Conner both in my opinion were fantastic. Conner couldn’t be more helpful and we’ve just bought a beautiful s60 Volvo from these guys and it’s perfect for us ... cannot wait to pick it up ...great service guys even Geoff .. we’re just really pleased... hopefully aftercare will be the same if it is in years to come if me and my husband sell and want to buy again we will go to Conner in autopointyork .. they are good we live in nearly 100 miles away and there are loads of dealers but honestly these guys made everything friendly and easy totally likeable team Viki & peter
