We bought a sub zero bass amp for our son for his birthday and when it arrived and we had chance to try it with his new bass the amp didn't switch on, on inspection the plug prongs were bent and it looked like the moulding was at fault. I called Gear4music and spoke to Max, he was super helpful and arranged a replacement straight away, this was around 4pm Thursday. By 10.51 on Friday (THE NEXT DAY) we had the replacement. Now that is GREAT customer service. Thanks Max / Gear4music

Went with a friend to get him an acoustic guitar. Spent hours in store trying instruments. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store is huge and really well laid out with a huge amount of demo instruments. The stock levels are great. Will definitely be going back.

Had a guitar, a piano, a junior drum kit and lastly, a Yamaha Electronic kit from Gear4Music. Everything priced really well and all arrived on time. Very happy with the quality and service received. When the electronic kit arrived, it came with a monitor amp that wasn't working. Very easy to send back and they have kept in communication all the way in getting a new one out to me. Very happy with this company and I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks, Paul MacGregor

No attention to details at all. I've ordered a Gotoh bridge in nickel finish and received a chrome version. Great. Not really what I wanted though. So I sent it back, explaining that I require the nickel version as ordered, and now I finally just received the new bridge... In chrome, again! How hard can it be to read a label on a packaging?
